Villa Benvenuti was restored in Istrian modern country style. It awaits you on the first floor a spacious living-dining area with open fully equipped kitchen, a winter garden with access to the terrace, a bedroom (double bed) with bathroom, a separate bathroom and the laundry room.The second floor is reserved for two more bedrooms ( 2 x double bed, 1 x plus sofa bed) each with a bathroom.
The house is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating on the first floor. The outdoor pool is also heated. So the villa is at your disposal all year round.
The 400 m² property is completely fenced. Fruit and vegetables thrive in the garden, which guests are welcome to harvest.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 500 EUR
